Legal & Privacy

Legal notice
Publisher: a private individual based in France. This is a personal, non-commercial website. Show publisher identity & contact
Identity: · email
Domain: akciali.com — registration record available through the ICANN registration data lookup.
Hosting: self-hosted by the publisher on his own server, located in France. No third-party hosting provider is involved.
Privacy
Short version: no cookies, no local storage, no ads, no third-party analytics, and nothing is sold or shared. The little data that exists stays on the server in France.
Audience measurement
Pages send a first-party beacon (/_hit) with no payload. Server-side, a visitor is
counted once per day using a salted, truncated SHA-256 hash of (site, IP address, user agent,
UTC day). The raw IP address is not stored by this mechanism, the hash cannot be reversed or
cross-referenced, and it expires at the end of each UTC day. Only aggregate counters
(page views, daily unique visitors) are kept as time series.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in measuring audience. No consent banner
is required because nothing is stored on or read from your device.
Server logs
Like any web server, this one keeps standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operations. They are subject to routine rotation and are not used for profiling or shared with anyone.
Third-party requests
None. Every resource — pages, styles, fonts, scripts — is served from this domain. The kinesis-demo hand-tracking model runs entirely in your browser and is served from this domain; no image or video ever leaves your device.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or object to processing by contacting the publisher at the address above. Note that for audience metrics there is nothing identifiable to retrieve or delete: only anonymous aggregates exist. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL.
